Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS within Australia.

Standard delivery time is 2-5 days.

We currently only ship to Australia (lucky Aussies). This will open up to more places in the future, so keep checking. If you are looking for shipping to a location outside of Australia please email our friendly team support@fibredesign.au.

If you order before 12pm we dispatch your goodies same day Monday to Friday, and next business day if you purchase over the weekend. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed, and then another when it has been despatched with a tracking number to assist you in checking the progress of delivery.

Our deliveries are automatically set to ‘authority to leave’ – the delivery company will leave your items in a safe place and do not need a signature. If they can not find a safe place at your delivery address and there is no one available to sign for the delivery, they will return it safely to their closest depot and leave a card advising you how to collect it from them.
